Broker's Comments

Here's a lovely example of a Broom classic - the Ocean 37. A solid wide-beam cruiser from a well-known builder.

She has live-aboard potential with 2 separate bedrooms with separate toilet facilities. The main spacious cabin and kitchen with entertainment options both mains/inverter..massive water/diesel capacity & hot air central heating throughout.

She has an outside stern deck for those warm summer days and a recent BSS cert. Her river licence is very reasonable and discount rates are available for disabilities!

She has a large aft cabin, with en-suite heads & shower, with two large singles and plenty of wardrobe and storage space.

Forward is a v-berth again with lots of stowage and it's own heads and a small washing machine.

She's powered by twin Perkins 6354HT engines, capable of a very comfortable cruise, or a decent turn of speed when needed.
