Deck removed and new low-profile coachroof with a butterfly hatch, professionally built on new decks in 1996/7 producing much more space in the cabin without the visual burden of a large cabin profile, as a result she now has five berths (including one large double), a separate heads compartment and many more storage lockers.

Five berths in two cabins with a separate heads compartment. The double berth in main cabin converts to a large settee with a backrest for daytime use. The single berth on the port side is very snug especially with the half Admiralty chart size folding chart table deployed over the foot of the berth.

There are five lockers under these berths and both berths are fitted with lee-cloths.
There are five lockers and two shelves over these berths
In the forecabin is a large v-berth with five lockers under and two shelves with four lockers over.

Commentaires du Broker

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.

Where do you start on a boat like this...The time and effort the owner has put into this boat is unbelievable. From the moment you see her you can tell she is unique. Owner improvements are normally frowned upon as it often means the have added flickering neon lights above a home made bar in the saloon, this is defiantly not the case here.

The deck has been removed and a new coachroof put in place allowing much more space. The coachroof is spectacular with varnished deck beams and frames with white painted bulkheads and varnished hardwood locker doors.

With the new coachroof the heads has been removed from the forward cabin and placed in a separate heads compartment. There is plenty of cool storage available under the cabin sole, especially after the main cabin sole was raised when the new low-profile coachroof was built, all professionally made and fitted and is truly a work of art.

There is a detailed Inventory and details available upon request. A fantastic boat that must be seen to be appreciated. For further information give me a call.
