In the wheelhouse there is a lovely L shaped seating area, with large dining table.
The galley has lots of cupboards and storage space with, a large Rangemaster gas and electric cooker, Integral fridge and a freezer and ironing board.
The separate utility room, is the full width of the boat, with a tumble dryer and washing machine and plenty of space for storage.
Bespoke spiral staircase between floors.
Both reclining sofas in lounge to be included, bed in second bedroom, washing machine & tumble dryer.

Boatshed Essex are delighted to be advertising this unique 19m Humber Keel.
The vessel looks to have been well cared for and loved by the current owners. This barge has been attractively and tastefully refurbished giving a contemporary, yet homely feel.
The thoughtfully designed layout gives a warm, yet spacious feeling , with plenty of storage throughout. You enter, into the large recently refurbished wheelhouse, with attractive 360 views and offers an idyllic, spacious and light area which includes the galley, dining area and helm position. The fully fitted fitted kitchen units, with integral appliances and comfortable L shaped dining area has plenty of seating for guests or family.
From here, the bespoke spiral staircase takes you down into the to the large open-plan, yet comfortable saloon, with a multi fuel stove and inglenook giving a cosy feel. The opening portholes provide plenty of ventilation and light to the living area, when needed.
Moving forward from the saloon, through a corridor is the first cabin, which is currently used as a comfortable study with a library. The second double cabin has been recently refurbished and with a separate Jack and Jill heads with shower, providing plenty of room for guests or family. Further forward, you enter into the master suite, a spacious, double cabin, complete with wardrobes and ample storage and en-suite heads with the luxury of a tub bath. There is also a utility room giving lots of extra space and house the washer and dryer.
Outside, there is acres of space for both storage and living, including both an aft deck and foredeck space, which could be utilised for relaxing in the deck garden, or for entertaining in the summer months. The large engine room is accessed from the aft deck and contains the fuel tank, generator and batteries and plenty more. When working the large side decks provide a safe feel when underway.
When visiting the boat, there is the impression that no expense has been spared on investing in the overall, enjoyable feeling of comfort, character and space that really makes this houseboat a gem. If you are looking for a unique home, holiday or investment opportunity, this barge is certainly an opportunity you should consider.
