A lovely cruiser/racer, this boat has very nice lines and a bright looking hull too.. GRP with Cast Iron Fin Keel with spade rudder tiller steering. She is set up for single handed sailing and would be a very responsive yacht to sail.
Full survey from purchase available plus recommended work receipts. Engine head re-skimmed and overhauled. Hull Polished and anti-fouled in 2011. A new cutlass bearing has recently been fitted too. All electrics serviced as well in 2011. New rudder bearings in 2010 and new jabsco toilet kit in 2010.
The cockpit is spacious for a boat of this size and has the mainsheet centrally positioned making this vessel a dream to handle. The owner believes she has had Gel Shield applied some years ago.

The accommodation is suprisingly spacious and very stylish too. The upholstery new 2009 is a luxurious blue Alcantara and feels really nice to relax on. The aft cabin has a double berth, with transom porthole making it a bright comfortable cabin. There are two single settee berths in the saloon and a single berth forward. The woodwork and joinery is of a high standard and enhances the overall ambience. The navigation station is located portside of the companionway.
The galley area is to the starboard side and is well designed. The heads compartment to Port has a Jabsco marine toilet.. LED lighting throughout the saloon. You can tell this vessel has been loved over the years. She really has some finesse and style to her fit out too.

These boat details are subject to contract.
This is a very stylish sailing yacht. Designed as a cruiser/racer she will be a joy to handle too. The boat appears to have been very well maintained over the years. Beautiful lines, big cockpit, fabulous interior finish this Hunter is not to be missed. She would suit a couple or small family very nicely. The boat was well presented, smelled good with everything inside really lovely and clean. A great package.
