Nicholson 30' Project.
The Nicholson 30' is a familiar sight in the waters around Portsmouth and a few have passed our way on Brokerage.
They were ahead of their time when they were new but now look old enough to be a modern classic.
This example is on the market for the first time in 36 years as she has had only one owner from new.
Bought as a hull and fitted by and under the direction of her owner she has been a great family boat.
Now in need of some serious work to get her sailing again she is being marketed as a project in the true sense of the word.
She will need everything from headlinings to windows, upholstery to standing rigging and more besides.
