The cruising chute is large. It works but quite a long luff. I would put a small block on the anchor roller cheek (hole there) for a tack line.
Re-furb Furlex 200s in 2019.
There is a white storm jib- it has a foil bead, but also a wire luff, so guess can be hoisted with a spinnaker halyard.

The aft cabin was originally a double to port and single to starboard. Panel was removed to allow more space and access from both sides. The panel is in storage and available.
Under the port aft bunk is the Calorifier. Fitted this last year (2018).
There are 2 water tanks. Currently using the one under the starboard saloon seat. This was originally built by Omega to use as a holding tank, but was never fitted as such- water tank from new (note no black water connections etc., so have no fear!). Under the board under the sink there is a little manifold with 2 knobs to select which tank- just close one, and open other to swap. Filling selector is under board at bottom of hanging locker- forward starboard.
In 2017, when we got the boat, a number of the seacocks (cockpit drains, toilet out galley out) were replaced with Trudesign plastic ones. Am very happy with these. Much better than the black ones that are brittle. Toilet in, head sink out and 2nd coolant in are older metal ones. Were all good at that point and appear good now (and freely operate).
When out in 2017, the rudder tube was replaced with a custom built stainless one, built over specced by a guy on the Hamble. This is electrically bonded to the main anode, as is the saildrive leg/engine.

Commentaires du Broker
Great looking cruiser certainly looks good for her age headlinings look to be in good condition not to mention her topsides! Her 90's design offers a good amount of space which is warmly decorated with wood. A nifty setup for the aft cabin originally built with a panel between providing two separate berths this panel has been removed creating a larger aft cabin with two access points out to the heads/saloon so you wouldn't need to disturb each other should you need to exit the cabin. One of the features I really like is the linear nav station with stool seat. She has benefitted from some upgrades/good comprehensive maintenance such as new furlex and standing rigging and sail drive seal replacement plus much more. You may want to look at some cosmetic touching up on the sole boards and upholstery.
