Whether you are a keen fisherman or, like me, just enjoy pottering about on the water on warm summer days, then have a look at this pretty Plymouth Pilot which is good value for money.
Originally conceived in the 1960s by two West Country craftsmen, seeking to create the ‘perfect’ inshore fishing boat, the Plymouth Pilot is a great estuary and coastal boat. This example has the benefit of a forward cuddy / cabin to keep warm and dry when required. The cockpit is roomy with plenty of comfortable seating and there is a cockpit / tonneau cover to keep her dry when alongside.
Along with a small, economical, inboard engine, this example also comes with an additional 5hp auxiliary engine & adjustable bracket. The wiring was updated in 2019, new windows were fitted in Jan 2020 and there is a solar panel for trickle charging the batteries.
