With more than 1,000 entries already for the 90th anniversary Round the Island Race, there will be a big celebration of boating on 3 July.

Following the Government’s most recent announcements on the Covid situation in the UK, the organisers are happy that they can run the race on the water in compliance with all current restrictions. The COVID-19 page on the official website has been updated, and competitors are required to familiarise themselves with the information and any requirements relating to the race. Additionally, if you or your crew are visiting the Clubhouse over the weekend, you will be expected to adhere to the requirements of the Club’s COVID-19 Visitor Charter, which can be downloaded from the About the Club section on the Island Sailing Club website.
