Comentario del broker
This sailing yacht has been professionally constructed to an exceptional standard; the combination of superb craftsmanship and a classic design updated make this vessel unique.
The Safe Harbour 12 is a design by Paul Fisher of Sailway Fisher Designs. The design is a modern interpretation of the “Dark Harbour 12”, a classic American racing sloop designed by B. B. Crowninshields in 1915, who was one of Americas most famous and prolific naval architects and best known for his work on “America Cup” contenders.
Her classic long lines are both beautiful to look at as well as testament to the fact that she is designed to perform. The sea trails when she was launched in the summer of 2010 were a delight. Her owner describes how “she powers along in 15 knots winds at 5 knots, has virtually no weather helm, is sensitive yet stable and gives plenty of confidence even when the going gets tough”.
The opportunity to own such a superbly designed and constructed sailing vessel comes about only
very occasionally; and this is one of those very rare opportunities.

We have seen this boat ourselves in various stages of construction, however many of the photographs used have off course been taken by her owner. We would also like to acknowledge Sue Pelling's contriubution in allowing us to use some of her photographs, taken of this boat for a magazine publication.
